Article 1

  1. This Privacy Policy is for information purposes only. It contains information on the rules of processing and protection of personal data of the Users of the MODULAR-MATTING website, located at www.modular-matting.com, and the cookie policy.
  2. The Controller of personal data provided by the Users is Perfo Sp. z o.o. Texconcept Sp. k. Ostrowska 398, 61 – 312 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0000263525, REGON: 634629129, NIP: 7792244016, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
  3. The Controller may be contacted by a letter sent to the address: ul. Ostrowska 398, 61 – 312 Poznań, to the following e-mail address: info@modular-matting.com or by telephone on +48 509 787 047.
  4. The Controller shall protect personal data against unauthorised use, loss, change, damage or destruction, and shall process the data entrusted thereto on the basis of legal regulations, in particular in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.
  5. To make this Policy easier to understand, the term “User” has been replaced with the term “You” and the term “Controller” with the term “We”.
  6. The MODULAR MATTING website may contain links to other websites. We do not have any influence on the privacy and cookie policy of administrators of these websites.
  7. Due to the need to ensure the highest security standards, we use on our website, inter alia a secure communication encryption protocol – Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
  8. The term User should be understood as an entity using the MODULAR-MATTING website, located at www.modular-matting.com.

Article 2

  1. The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:
    • with regard to the contact form: to answer any questions asked in the contact form, to contact you based on your consent,
    • if you register for an event in the event tab: to perform activities that will enable you to participate in the event, send information related to the event, the purpose of the organisation and the current support of the event, based on your consent,
    • in the case of using the “Make an appointment” option: to arrange and book time for a meeting with you, to contact you in connection with the meeting, to handle the meeting, based on your consent,
    • with regard to applications and requests made by Users, on the basis of a binding legal obligation,
    • to provide you with commercial information by e-mail based on your consent,
    • for direct marketing – the basis is our legitimate interest,
    • to provide you with marketing information by e-mail based on your consent,
    • for information, advertising, promotion and marketing purposes related to the activities of Perfo Sp. z o.o. Texconcept Sp.k. – based on your consent.
  2. Providing personal data is not obligatory, however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to establish contact, to book a meeting or participate in the event.
  3. If you want to use our services you should provide the following data:
    • in order to use the contact form – name, surname, company name, city, email address, telephone,
    • in order to apply for participation in the chosen event – name, surname, company name, email address, telephone number,
    • in order to book a meeting – name, surname, company name, telephone, email address, city.
  4. Your personal data will be stored no longer than necessary, i.e. until your consent is withdrawn if they are processed on the basis of your consent, and then for the period of limitation of our claims and claims against us. And your data processed in connection with the performance of our legal obligation will be kept by us for as long as we are required by law to keep the data. As regards the data processed for direct marketing of our products and services (without the use of telecommunication terminal equipment), we may process your personal data until you object to their processing for this purpose or until we determine that they are out of date.
  5. We reserve the right to process your data after withdrawal of your consent only for the purpose of exercising possible claims before the courts or if national law, EU or international law obliges us to retain your data.
  6. Please note that we may transfer your personal data to entities that process data on our behalf, i.e. IT system operators, consulting, accounting and legal services.

  10. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  11. Please be advised that your personal data will not be used as a basis for making automated decisions related to you, including decisions resulting from profiling.

  1. We take utmost care in the processing of data to ensure that your interests are protected.
  2. As controllers, we ensure that your personal data are:
    • processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject,
    • collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
    • adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    • accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date; every reasonable step must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which they are processed, are erased or rectified without delay;
    • kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed;
    • processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data.
    • Personal data shall be stored in systems which have been secured by technical and organisational measures that ensure protection of data processing in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
    • Access to personal data is limited to persons who are authorised by us.

  1. Cookies used on the MODULAR-MATTING website at www.modular-matting.com are needed to:
    • create aggregate statistics and analyses that help to understand how the site is used – this allows us to constantly improve the structure and content of our sites to meet the needs of current and potential customers to the greatest extent possible; more detailed information about the Google Analytics code and Google cookies is available in the Google Analytics Security and Privacy Policy,
    • optimise websites in terms of devices and browsers that are most frequently used by visitors to these sites,
    • measure the effectiveness of conducted marketing actions and adjust the content and forms of advertisements displayed both on the MODULAR-MATTING website and e.g. in the Google advertising network (more detailed information about cookies used in the Google advertising network is available on the website: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2407785);
  2. The MODULAR-MATTING website uses two types of cookies:
